ASSET PARTNERING

Asset Partnering & BD Introductions

We source under-partnered clinical and preclinical assets worldwide and assess whether each one fits a straight license, a co-development deal or a new company (NewCo). For assets that fit, we help structure the transaction: rights and territory, upfront, equity, milestones and royalties, and the development plan. We make BD and investor introductions to US venture investors, company-creation firms, management teams and pharma partners. Confidential material is shared in tiers, starting with an anonymous teaser and moving to an NDA package only with the owner's approval.
